Brand Program Manager

Job Description

As a Brand Program Manager, you will define and execute a brand program aimed at helping team members better understand our products and customers. The program will include the creation of assets that demonstrate what our products do, who our customers are and how they use our products. This role will partner closely with the sales organization and report to the brand manager in Micron’s Global Communication and Marketing (GCM) organization.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Develop program to educate team members on Micron’s products and customers. The program will be scalable and manageable globally. It will be primarily focused internally but with a view to leverage the assets externally wherever possible.
  • Liaise and consult with the Customer Success Board to ensure alignment with the board’s direction and represent GCM’s strategy to the Board.
  • Manage the Meet Micron global program, aimed at educating new team members and external constituents about Micron, when visiting local Micron sites.
  • Identify and lead development of creative ways to promote micron products and examples of how they provide value to our customers. This includes the development of creative assets, such as videos, infographics, etc.
  • Manage how we promote Micron product/customer information in lobbies, new employee orientations, recruiting, and other internal and external-facing activities.
  • Responsible for developing creative content for MicronNow Marketing displays.

Skills
  • Demonstrated skills in project or program management
  • Experience in brand, marketing or communications disciplines
  • A proven ability to partner with global stakeholders and other functions in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong desire to drive improvement, not settle for status quo.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT and semiconductor industry is a plus

Education,

Desired: MBA, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in communication,
marketing, PR, digital marketing, social media or related fields.

Experience

Required : 8+ years of experience in Global Corporate Communication or related marketing functions ; preferably for another Fortune 500 firm.

Workplace Location: Boise, Folsom or Milpitas

Travel Required : Minimal
