World Wide Technology is currently looking for an Engagement Specialist who will lead business development opportunities for multiple Enterprise License Agreements. This role will reside on the Lifecycle Practice team and will be charged with driving ELA Post Sale opportunities and providing general education to the customer of their software entitlements. The Engagement Specialist (ES) will work directly with the Account Teams, Software Sales Consultants and post-sale Lifecycle teams to ensure all expansion opportunities are outlined, documented and driven to closure. The ES will also be responsible for co-coordinating ATC services in partnership with the Adoption Services team, ATC team and field CSE. The ES will drive QBR’s in alignment with the License and Maintenance operations team and will also be responsible for ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. The role will report directly to the Practice Manager, Software and Lifecycle Services.

Role:
  • This role will reside on the Software Lifecycle Practice team and will be charged with driving opportunities for WebEx, Spark & other SaaS products and providing general education to the customer of their software entitlements in a post-sales setting.

  • The Engagement Specialist (ES) will work directly with the Account Teams, Principle Software Consultants and post-sale Lifecycle teams to ensure all expansion opportunities are outlined, documented and driven to closure.

  • This role will also be responsible for co-coordinating ATC services in partnership with the Adoption Services team, ATC team and field CSE.

  • The ES will drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) in alignment with the License and Maintenance operations team and will also be responsible for ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. The role will report directly to the Practice Manager, Lifecycle Engagement Services.

Requirements:
