Performs general receptionist duties

Provide information to callers regarding our services

Collect payments/generate receipts for clients; enter payments in charts

Client reminder and follow up calls

Responsible for charts:

Preparing new charts

Correct order of information

Pull charts (determine payments to collect for the following day; check that Release of Information is current; put any paperwork needs for each client on outside of chart to alert person checking them in to get forms completed)

Maintain supplies of all office forms and blank charts

Maintain supply of all marketing packets and materials

Receive and distribute mail.
