The selectee for this position will serve as a Computer Assistant in the Management Information Department, Directorate for
Administration of OIC, HEALTHCARE SUPPORT OFFICE.

Responsibilities

The successful selectee will perform the following duties:
  • Manages the Information Management and Information Technology procurement and department supply procurement.
  • Provides technical support of microcomputers including diagnostic testing, repair or replacement of equipment or peripheral, system boards or hardware, and delivery of equipment to customers.
  • Diagnoses problems in the communication network, resets ports, recycles communication devices and troubleshoots network connectivity.
  • Assists in removing equipment that has reached the end of life cycle management or is broken beyond repair.
